Realtors’ Hectic Day-to-Day

The American company helps busy real estate agents manage their client base and become more effective in handling property deals. By understanding how client management can be overwhelming, they recognized the necessity for an easy to use Real Estate CRM application that will help realtors seamlessly organize accurate data and manage communication with clients.

Today, real estate agents and agency owners struggle to organize and keep up with their hectic task management, handling extensive client data, and ensuring ongoing communication. So, we had to develop a highly automated CRM to boost agents' productivity and efficiency by freeing them from manual tasks and allowing them to focus on closing more property deals.

 Stay in touch with follow-ups

Based on the pre-selected frequency option, automated follow-up reminders help agents to organise, prioritise and track their daily, weekly, or upcoming client interactions, such as birthdays, reconnections, and homeiversary. This ensures timely, personalized engagement, for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Get things done with a to-do list

The option of manually entering important dates and times for both the current week, future engagements, past tasks and the catch-up feature that ensures that missed to-dos are easily retrievable, providing agents with a comprehensive overview of their work week for easier organization and better work distribution.

Convert notes
into information via AI

App’s multiple note-taking options are being upgraded with AI virtual assistant integration that will automatically convert and organize note content into relevant information, tasks, and updates. Agents will receive notifications for these updates, allowing them to quickly confirm details or clear up any confusion by communicating directly with the virtual assistant.

The app sends push notifications directly to the agent's mobile device, even when the app is closed. This keeps agents constantly updated on note processing and inquiries from Virtual Assistants for both future and past activities, ensuring a smooth workflow without the need for manual checking.

Quick access to new & key clients

Agents can personalize their contact management system with the pin feature, allowing them to efficiently organize and access their contact list by sorting clients based on importance or recent addition, making sure these contacts are easily reachable.
